Easiest Grab and Go Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are one of those recipes you can make the night prior and it's ready to grab the following morning. It's super fast and easy to prepare, which makes it the perfect breakfast option for busy mornings.

I do believe that I've found my favorite way to prepare overnight oats. Ever since I created my first overnight oat recipe (Blueberry Cinnamon Overnight Oats) I haven't deviated too far away from the ingredients I use to make it.

I use rolled oats, almond milk, peanut butter, a little yogurt, and I top with fruit. That's it! I've found that using this combo has allowed me to use whatever topping I choose and it tastes amazing every time.

For this overnight recipe, in particular, I chose to top it off with blackberries and strawberries. You can for sure use whatever fruit toppings you prefer, but I love the sweet bitterness from these berries in particular.

To give some extra sweetness, you can add a little bit of honey, maple or agave syrup. It definitely helps even out the salty, bitter, and sweet tastes in this overnight oat recipe. It kind of reminds me of eating a granola bar with dried fruit in it.

Let me know if you gave this recipe a try.
