Can I be honest for a moment and just say that due to COVID-19 I have likely gained 19 pounds. Being home in this capacity has made me want to eat all the things I can find.
At the beginning of this pandemic, I felt inspired to cook more and take this time to eat healthily. But after a while, you grow tired of finding new ways to prepare your favorite dish. So, I got lazy and would order out or stuff my face with tons of snacks.
But this Blueberry Bliss Smoothie brought me back to reality and reminded me it's time to get fruits and veggies in.

The best part about this smoothie (like most of my smoothies) is that it uses a handful of ingredients. I used about a cup and a half of frozen blueberries, a little less than a half cup of frozen mango, and a fresh banana.
Typically, I would use a frozen banana too. But, I found that having a fresh one that was on the verge of going bad adding that extra sweetness and creaminess I love my smoothies to have.
If you're not a fan of blueberries, you can opt for blackberries or even raspberries. Both berries are high in antioxidants and low in calories.
