FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS



How do we get started with a project? 

Step One) Send a message! The best way to get in touch is to complete the Contact Form detailing the needs of your project. Rhonda will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss your project, script, and create a custom quote. 

Step Two) Once a quote has been created and the client accepts, Rhonda will submit an invoice along with payment instructions. Payment can be submitted via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. 

Step Three) Rhonda will get started on your project! Turnaround time depends upon the length of your script and the needs of your project. All files will be delivered in .WAV format unless instructed otherwise. Your voice over will be delivered via email with a Google Drive or Dropbox link. 



What are your rates? 

Rhonda's rates are determined by a variety of factors such as word count, project delivery, and what the project will be used for (i.e. television, commercial, broadcasting). 

Some projects may require narration timing, background music, or rush delivery which is also considered into pricing. Please reach out to Rhonda by completing the Contact Form to further discuss your project and budget. 



What if I have a revision request? 

It's Rhonda's top priority to deliver your project to your satisfaction. If a mistake is made or doesn't follow the request of your project, Rhonda will provide corrections at no additional cost to you. 

If there is a change in script, style, or tone after your voice over has been delivered there will be a revision fee to accommodate production time to redo your project.
